Because most of our work involves customized services and parts, all returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide quality work and customer satisfaction, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
If you experience an issue with your service work or a part you received, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item or completed service. To report a concern, please call our shop at 918-836-0111 and speak directly with one of our managers.
Please note:
- Requests made after the 24-hour notification period may not be eligible for review.
- Customized or special-order work may not qualify for return or refund.
- Approval of refunds, repairs, replacements, or credits will be determined after reviewing the specific situation.
