Drive Shafts, Inc. Warranty Information

All parts purchased from Drive Shafts, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

All welds and labor to balance are warranted for the life of the drive shaft.  Any failure of the weld or balance will be repaired at any time.

Malfunctions due to improper installation, functional or design parameters, tampering or modification are not covered by warranty.  Also not covered are incidental or consequential damages, acts of God, accident and failures occurring as a result of lack of maintenance. 

This is the entire obligation of Drive Shafts, Inc. No other warranty is expressed or implied.  Legal rights and allowancs vary by state.  Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser or recipient only.
